So they would sign less IP if they did more private signings?

Without knowing all of his players, I can't say if that's true or not. We only specifically talked about Manny Corpas. He said Manny is a bit of a loner who doesn't like crowds of people rushing at him when he's going somewhere and that he would prefer to sign a bunch of stuff somewhere privately rather than in a mob scene. Since I never saw Corpas sign the entire time he was in Pittsburgh, I have to deduce that a private signing with him would not hurt his IP habits.
