Hi,

yes go to nhfishercats.com I was really happy to
see Chris Carpenter added. GM JP Ricciardi and a
bunch of NH draftees are attending (Chris Lambert,
Sam Fuld etc)... My 10 year old and I are going.
It's at 7 but I believe doors open at 5:30

BTW: The Fishercats got into a public relations
MESS last week by prematurely announcing a 20 year
agreement to play one game each year at Fenway Park
It had been apparently been agreed upon but it must
have been left on Theo's desk and not formally signed ;)
when it was announced the Red Sox were like huh??
The timing was bad and it pissed off EVERYONE: the
Sox, the Eastern League, the Seadogs and Nashua
Pride (who that day were announcing their move to
the can-am league). But... the owner is new and
is a big Red Sox fan. At least the guy trying to do
something nice for his fan base, who are mostly sox
fans...

Hopefully it gets cleared up in time for the dinner, and
seeing as the Red Sox take a very handsome fee from the
City of Manchester in exchange for waiving territorial rights
they can work with us a little...

Both the Fishercats and SeaDogs agreements with their respective teams end in 2008. The theory is that the owner of the Fishercats is trying to get the Red Sox to send their players to Manchester.

So, then would the Fishercats become the Red Sox AA, or like a single A?

IT PISSED ME OFF!!! Just kidding... but it did make front-page sports new even all the way over here. Tough luck to the FisherCats... the Sea Dogs don't plan on changing the affiliation anytime in the next 10 years or so... :D .. atleast until I'm in college they better not... okay, 5 years.

re:

I don't think it will happen either, and the owner of
the fishercats has been told to not talk about it....

IMHO the seadogs are a great show up there in fact
I think we need to Fishercats team executives to go
Portland so they can study slugger the seadog and
the little micro brew stand behind the 1st base dugout.

Greetings all!
I too will be attending the dinner.
Does anyone have anything for Jason Paul? I ordered 2 minor league cards but may not receive them in time and was wondering if anyone that will be attending will have extra I can buy/ trade for.
I emailed the folks and they said it was a 1 per limit per person: 1 from hill 1 from carpenter.
Anyone trying to get players before or after the dinner?
