San Francisco giants fan fest 2/5/11

It was amusing to see Pat with Fresno last year when he came thru Salt Lake. He signed three items for everybody. Humble pie indeed.

Just so you guys know, they are allowing season ticket holders into this event prior to the general public. Early admission for season ticket holders is 9:30am and gates are open to the general public at 11am. Everything said above is generally true. Autograph lines in previous years were 2-3 hours and it will only be worse this year. I did have some success getting guys as they left the KNBR booth at home plate but it was a battle.

I'm a season ticket holder so I have four of the required tickets for early admittance. I can't go that day so I have already offered them to a friend but if she doesn't need them all I will make them available on this thread.

Ok, my friend is only going to need 3 out of the four so I have one to give up. Whoever PMs me the first decent offer I will take. I'm not trying to break the bank here. If so, I would just post on craigslist. Open to cash or maybe a couple decent cards from one of the sets I am collecting...

I work in Pleasanton so we could meet in person around there or there is probably time for me to send it to you in the mail.

Anyone know if Dave Righetti signs at these things as well?

My Fanfest early admittance ticket has been sold. I would think Rags would be at one of the autograph tables. I got him a couple years ago as he was leaving the KNBR booth at home plate after being intereviewed. He just signed a few as he was being escorted out.

Jeez, I may fly out to San Fran just for the bounty! :D

Pat is such a difficuly sig to get, kudos to those of you who got it with little effort. In all the years he was with Philly, I NEVER got him until his last season at the ALS Phestival. He was actually at a table that moved fast enough and I was able to get in it for a $10 donation. I honestly couldn't believe I was finally landing him. He never even lifted his eyes from the table, the dude just does not care about fan interaction.... unless was previously mentioned, you happen to be a hot chick.

Was talking to a girl who used to waitress at a Philly joint Pat frequented. She said he was a real jerk, and she is hot and didn't ask for his autograph, so go figure.
