Nfl Combine

I thought it would be good to start a thread for the nfl scouting combine. If you have any news or thoughts about this please say so.

yea, dont go, unless your looking to get 6th and 7th round picks its a waste of time. long hours, freezing cold, nfl security is extremely rude and makes sure all the top picks dont sign.

I went last year and got everybody but Bush!

When did you go??? I was there for 2 days and got over 200 hundred autos. I have all but 2 first rounders from last year (Mario Williams, and Ernie Sims.

I was there every day and not many guys signed. A lot of guys did not go out and if they did their agents wouldnt let them sign. Coaches werent bad but other than them unless you caught them completely away from the hotel somehow did not sign. I got everyone because of where I work where I saw everyone.

Well when I was there I got like I said earlier everybody but Bush. But I got him later in the year. I even got Marques Colston! I got every head coach. And this was only in not even 2 full days. I gues I was at the right place at the right time.

unless you got away with standing in the airport or health center I find that very hard to believe. I'd be interested to know where you got them because at the hotel and convention center, I thought it was close to worthless.

I agree with Irack. Either myself or friends were at the hotel/convention center the entire time and none of those guys signed. There was a kid that was able to go in the hotel since his dad knew the police officer and he got a lot and others that did the airport and got most of them. Most coaches signed except for Cowers and Art Shell who I never saw sign and same with Joe Greene who went off in a 10 minute obscenity filled tirade when I asked him to sign one on one.

Nope. All we did was walk around town and seen people, we went into the omni and got a few, across the street from the Crowne Plaza(where we crossed the street several times and the cops threatened to arrest us but never did), and in the convention center. Thats it. I gues we got really lucky then. We even threw the ball around with Brandon Marshall. He was real nice but I heard hes a jerk now.
