I believe it is free. (But Tri Star's Free = getting wrappers from packs or something like that)

In my most recent issue of SCD it looks like all of the rookies at the Houston Tri Star show are $19 each...it just amazes me that they are charging this for guys who are 3-5 years away from the majors...

i got clement, bruce and laroche ttm last year so you may want to try that way

tristar website says most prospects are free including bruce. Just saw that Cameron Maybins gonna be there too. Wish they did mail order.

Tristar does do Mail order. Rookies/prospects are $29 on MLB Balls each.
Not sure what the rate is on other items.
