FYI, my brother and Bud are meeting at 2pm on Saturday to get everything signed. Thanks for your patience and support.

My brother met Bud today and got everything signed. He also put everyone's items back in the mail today except for one person who didn't include a SASE. I'll have pictures sometime tomorrow when my brother emails them to me.
