Lidge and Utley Private Signing?

According to SigningsHotline, Brad Lidge and Chase Utley are listed to eventually do a private signing. Does anyone know any details about it...if it even is a private signing? Still trying to get those 2 on my '08 WS Champions bat.

The prices for Utley while not good aren't terrible if you are a die-hard Phillies fan or if you feel he will go to the Hall. Either way, he isn't going to get much cheaper any time soon
