this is the going price for ray rice great moments is having a signing and its $39 i belive so for the people that were complaining this is the average price i know at the begining of the season he was $25 but now with the great season and demand its gone up...

does the photo have to be one that we personally took or can it be any photo?

I dont have scans as they are provided by the company hosting the event. They are from Photofile I believe.

Photofiles site shows the Ravens photos they have in stock.....they do have some Rutgers stuff but it's limited and there aren't any shown on the site.....there's a really nice color/ black and white shot of him diving in the end zone and his most popular shot in Baltimore has been the one of his first TD where he's standing straight up clinching his fists
