Mail hasn't come yet, but a VERY interesting "success" I just had.

I was going through one of my autograph binders, and recently moved a Richie Robnett SOTF Bowman auto from the first page to the last page in the "R" section of my binder. There were only cards on the front of the page, so when I turned to the next page I could see the backs of the cards on the front. I look at the back of one card and I see "Congratulations! You've just received a David Murphy Bowman auto!" and I'm really confused because I know I wouldn't put an "M" in the "R" section. I turn the page back over and see Robnett and turn it back again to see Murphy's name. I start thinking that it might be an error card [and potentially worth more $$] so I pull out the Robnett and pull it it out of it's sleeve to get a better look at it.....and lo and behold, behind it there is a Signed David Murphy SOTF auto!!!

I bought the Robnett at a card show a year ago for like $2-3 and never took it out of its sleeve, and transferred it in my binder, and it has been there ever since and has always had a card behind it, so I never saw the back until now

I already had Murphy's auto, but I thought this was pretty awesome =]

But on a more serious note, today I celebrated 6 months of sobriety thanks to the fellowship of AA. These wonderful and caring people saved my life, and I mean that. On April 6th, I gave up on myself and accepted that alcohol was going to kill me after 15 years of abuse and I really thought that it was going to happen that very day. By the grace of God, my dear friend traveled quite a distance and brought me to my first AA meeting, and I havent had a sip of alcohol since. My life, my family, my work and my spirit has changed, and in a way that is above and beyond my greatest wishes. I pray that this wonderful program continues to perform these miracles in my life and for the millions of others who struggle from this fatal addiction. If you have a problem, don't give up hope and get help. Please don't wait until you are knocking on death's door like me. There is an answer.
