Byrd to Boston
Cleveland SP Paul Byrd was traded to the Red Sox for a player to be named later. After the All-Star break Byrd is 4-0 with a 1.24 ERA, so it seems to be a decent deal for Boston, depending on who they have to give up. I guess that he will become the fifth starter since the Sox number five starters havent won a game since May or something.

just started reading it a few days ago....havent gotten to that part yet...

i planned on getting it signed when i go to cleveland at the end of the month..but as you know..traded.

I was planning on getting his book signed in Sept., but that Borders date was scheduled before he was traded. From what I have heard, it sounds like it would be a good one.
