About time....all I've been hearing on ESPN the past month is Favre. Hope both he and Rodgers do well though.

I don't get why this is going to be so bad for Favre. It was only a couple years ago that the Jets were 10-6. They have some players around Favre, a legit #1 WR, a proven RB, solid TE play, and some decent players on the Oline.

Sooo pumped. I like Chad and Kellen, but they just weren't getting the job done. I say the Jets finish 10-6, as they don't have the most demanding schedule.

10-6? Wow. It could happen, but who knows with that tough division.

Is anyone else sick of all this talk about learning a new system, learning his teammates names, etc? Come on. The guy is not 11 years old and has been a star in the NFL for 17 years. Part of what has made Favre a legend is his ability to wing it through a tight hole or improvise on the fly. You know...like how most of us used to play on the playground and think we were going somewhere in the future. Besides, how many different ways can you call Right Z cross on three? All WR's know that routes are routes, and the O-line for each team uses the same pass or run blocking techniques to some degree.

As a Pats fan, i am kinda nervous. I knew that they wouldnt go 19-0, but they have always had trouble against the Jets, and now they have favre. I cant wait till they play to see if the Pats D is up to par against a good QB
