When is Buster Posey gonna get sent to AA
I mean come on, how much longer till this guy works with Madison and Tim in AA????

If I had to guess I'd say early July, right after the Cal/ Carolina League All Star game.

If he even makes it to AA. He could stay at A for a while and go right to AAA. That would keep in in California with no cross country travel needed.

True but they've also been saying they want buster to work w/ decker alittle bit more.

No AA for Posey
Hey, CT has Witter now, Posey and Gillaspie straight to AAA. Hope not, but I've seen it all before.

I can see Bumgarner getting bumped to Fresno and Buster skipping AA and those 2 reuniting in the PCL. Also with Buster getting his time in the AFL this year as well. Maybe with Decker's guidance in the fall league?

Regardless, Posey needs to be done with High A already. He's accomplished everything he can there.

It will all depend whether the Giants re-sign Bengie Molina. Molina wants to stay in SF, but wants 3 years, which is obviously too long to keep Posey in the minors. If there is no talk after the all-star break Posey is definitely a guy for a September call up [at least] and he can win the job out of ST next year. Wouldn't be surprised to see the Giants sign a veteran catcher as well the way the Orioles signed Greg Zaun before they brought Wieters up.

The Giants are considering moving catcher prospect Buster Posey to Triple-A from high Class A, bypassing Double-A, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
