For those of you who know Brandon or have seen him play, do you guys see Brandon Turner (Mississippi State) being drafted this year or coming back for another year at Miss St?

Based on his numbers,his position, what school he comes from, and his physical size, he has a decent shot at being drafted. ( I am not a draft expert, so take this with a grain of salt). He decision to return to Starkville, will probably hinge on if/when/where he is drafted.

When was the last time that a player from one school went #1 in consecutive years?
2007 - David Price (Vandy)

I think they are showing Round 1 and the Supplemental round.

MLb.com is reporting the Rays will take Tim Beckham and the Pirates have said if that is true they will be taking Pedro. I wonder if the MLB will allow this type of reporting like the NFL and then retract when they are wrong ?

In its second season on TV, the draft show hasn’t quite captured players’ imaginations. Numerous players turned down Major League Baseball’s invitation to come to the Milk House at Disney and be part of the show on site, with only Aaron Hicks, the prep righthander and a outfielder from Long Beach, appearing live.
