My baseball writing

The links are in my sig - I'm looking for feedback. I've been writing at Tailgate Crashers for 3 years; I started the blogger site in case I decide to leave (they change stuff often and don't support the sports side very much).

I'm mostly just doing updated, but I do have some regular stuff - rankings, prospects, etc.

I'm going to run a column of my All Star team, but I wanted reader opinions too. So, if you post here or PM me your thoughts on who should be on the All Star Team, I'll list my picks and explanations and give the readers team.

Rules:
1. Like the real AS team, there must be a representative from each MLB team.
2. The player must be listed at their normal position (Just because Troy Glaus played a couple of games at first, it doesn't mean he would be an AS there, for example).
3. Anything that is not serious will not be considered.
4. You can construct the roster how ever you want - meaning you can build a bullpen of all starters, have a short bench, etc. The DH is in play since the game is in Yankee stadium.

I'll be running this next week, so get these to me ASAP. Also, if you want to do a little write up of your players, I'll try to incorporate them also. I'll put the link up to the final product later.

Thanks.

Hey, I've been made co-editor in chief for Tailgate Crashers and need 2 things:

1. New, reliable writers. It's a non-paying position, but we want dedicated sports people who can write intelligent articles. One goal is to get a good memorabilia/collecting column going.

2. Feedback. The site is a little weak right now, but I want to know what people look for in Sports Blogs? Do you prefer sites that specialize in something or general sites? Do you look for sports news on Blogs, or go to the big guys (ESPN, CBS Sportsline, etc)?

Any response is appreciated. Direct all replies to my PM.

Thanks
Eugene

I mainly read minor league blogs. It amazes me that a local of a certain team can tell me more then that cities newspaper.

Anyone interested in writing a column about sports memorabilia or fantasy sports?
