Had a great time and did essentially 5 days of graphing. Don't have time to break eveyone person down but was able to come away with 928 for the trip. 783 cards, 131 photos, 10 baseball americas (that is 10 sigs, may still need some guys to finish them completely) and 4 baseballs.
Here is from my experiences on the teams.
Mesa - good signing team. Nicest guys were actually Aaron Hicks, Cole Devries, Nevin Griffin and Brock Holt. Hicks had a limit but stopped every time asked and spoke to you like a person. Robbie Grossman signed everything everyone had but didn't have much of a personality. This team would have been great but Andrew Cashner makes the team good. He was by far one of the biggest turds in the AFL. The other big turd, was on Salt Lake and comprised the other half of terrible team Andrew.
Peoria - great signing team. Danny Hultzen and Oscar Taveras make up for the only turd on this team...Logan Schafer. Nick Franklin was actually great, but you have to wait after the game. Would not touch a pen before hand but the both times we saw him after the game he did 9 cards and the other time did 5 photos no problem. He also got tossed one game (1st time I have seen this in the fall league). By the way, I cannot reiterate how nice Danny Hultzen is.
Phoenix - good signing team. Only hit them up 1 day so I didn't get to see these guys as much as I would have liked to. Heard reports of Corban Joseph being bad but he signed when I saw him. Did 2, but I can't complain. For those of you seeing Anthony Gose in the future...have fun. Words cannot describe and I heard nothing but negative things about that guy. Yan Gomes, even though I didn't have anything, was awesome.
Salt River - mixed results on this team but overall very good. Guys limited that I didn't expect to limit, a la Cole St Claire. I have seen that guy sign pages all season and saw him one per'ing folks. Nicest guys on this team were easily Jake Lemmerman, Casey Weathers (2 per) and Jacob Goebbert. Nolan Arenado signed but he will be almost impossible in the very near future. Goes out of his way to avoid autographers if he can. The other half of the "Turd Team Andrew" Andrew Oliver was on this team...enough said.
Scottsdale - good signing team. Several one per guys on this team which consisted of Bryce Harper, Mike Trout, Hank Conger, Gary Brown, Derek Norris and Brock Huntzinger. Good dudes on this team were definitely Will Middlebrooks, Tyson Gillies and Joe Panik. Middlebrooks limited you but signed everytime asked and could not have been nicer. I was shocked when Conger did 1...Harper would sign when he wanted to and I actually saw him sign at least once every game I attended. Same with Trout.
Surprise - great signing team. This includes Tim Beckham and Matt Dominguez. Those two guys kept this team from being the best signing team while I was there. Most of the guys had limits but stopped everytime asked., even 1 per JJ Hoover came out of the bullpen. I actually can't complain to much about Beckham because I saw them twice, and he signed both games. The 1st game he only signed for one guy though. Wil Myers, Christian Colon, Mike Olt, Sean Gilmartin and actually Leonys Martin were the best. Dominguez and Beckham were the only rough ones on this team and I actually left with 2 Beckhams and 4 Dominguezs...so again, no complaints.
Nicest guys: Danny Hultzen, Will Middlebrooks, Mike Olt, Wil Myers, Joe Panik, Casey Weathers, Yan Gomes and Aaron Hicks.
Turds: Andrew Cashner, Andrew Oliver and Logan Schafer
Set Cards: Topps Heritage Minor - 29
Bowman Draft - 5
