Good to be back graphing minor league baseball. My boy Clayton Tanner pitched 6 and 2/3 shutout innings and got the W. Also got to meet his family and talk with his younger brother after the game.

It was Hawaiian night tonight at the ballpark. The Giants held a silent auction during the game for the jerseys. I came away with GU jerseys of Clayton Tanner (my favorite player) and Nick Pereira (graduated from the HS I'm currently going to, and played in the same little league that I used to play in).

All in all it was an awesome night. There were some girls there that wanted to meet Clayton Tanner (one of them was born in the same town in Australia that he was) and it was pretty funny how excited they were. They took a bunch of pics and we all had a long conversation.

Went out to dinner tonight with my family, and former 49ers coach Steve Mariucci was out to dinner with his family a few tables away. I waited until they were leaving the restaurant and then had him sign a coaster from the restaurant. Nice guy, shook my hand and asked if we were enjoying our weekend.

Haven't updated in awhile, so here's 5 games worth (3 home games in San Jose, and the 2 playoff games I went to in Stockton that were against SJ). Some awesome recent pickups for me were 3 Buster Posey SS OMLBs, along with winning a Clayton Tanner full season GU home jersey that the Giants auctioned off, and finally Clayton Tanner gave me his GU playoff cleats. It was an awesome 5 days, even though the Giants ended up losing in 5.
