Damian Jackson 5/5 He came out of the clubhouse carrying one of those water containers that you find in offices...I guess they are 5 or 10 gallons? It was filled with beer..he carried it on the bus but then came out to sign. We were joking about the beer..he said it wasnt for him but he was the only one who wasn't "scared" to take it. funny!
Jose Lima 5/5 (with help) We knew he drove a Mercedes because he mentioned that in the cop stopping him story..it turns out it was parked right outside one of the player entrances...he came out and was on the phone standing by his car..my hubby was not going to approach him but apparently Lima motioned him over and said " no problem ..thats what I am here for papi". Lima was also telling him the cop story. "Papi"...I thought that was funny when hubby told me that!

Overall another cleanup night on Camden....finished with them except for some more Dittfurth for elpaso and a couple Peguiro I think. If he's there.

D-Jack and Lima Time are two of the coolest guys you could hope to meet. Glad they did not disappoint.

Danny Gonzalez 6/6 Finallly able to call him over...he recently had a tooth pulled and has been out of the lineup for a few days. He must be on some serious pain medication as he looked pretty out of it ! And for those who have ever seen Danny...he pretty much looks out of it all the time anyway!

Long long game for the third night in a row..2 rain delays and just generally a brutal game for us. I was only looking at getting two guys tonight though and got both of them. (Although I had to wait until 12:30 am to get the second one because we weren't sure if he would be back here this season..)

Former Brewer Jim Tatum is now an umpire in the Atlantic League and a friend had given me cards of him....first time we ever asked an umpire but he was totally cool even though they were loading up their van for a 3 hour drive !

Well I went to this game specifiically for the autograph session to get a bunch of York stuff finished up...was standing in line before it started and notice that I had my Long Island book instead of my York book with me...then I get home and realize that I had only put the Long Island roster page on the front and actually HAD the York book! Damn. I should have checked the inside of the book instead of relying on the roster on the front. Needless to say I am very pissed off at myself..haha.
.. I did have the York series 2 and 3 card strip sets...so I finished them off...I think I am too old for this...
