Starting off my 2008 IP Autograph thread, hopefully with a ton of successes.

First IP experience of the year
2008 San Francisco Giants Fanfest at AT&T Park, 2/9/2008

This year's fanfest was much much better than last year's. The Giants realized to space everything out, having the autograph booths on the field instead of in the hallways. Plus I'd say less than 1/2 to 2/3 of the crowd showed up from last year as there were no lines whatsoever for the Dugout tour and the Press Box tour. The autograph lines, with exception of the right field booth, seemed to flow pretty well and weren't that long at all. A great time overall, and a job well done to the Giants for fixing all of the problems from last year.

First college baseball game for me today.
Sac St. vs. San Jose St.

Spartans won the first game of the doubleheader 13-1, stopping the game in the 8th inning due to the mercy rule.

First day of Minor League baseball. The San Jose Giants held their fanfest/meet and greet with the new team today. Only bad thing was that they finally announced their roster 2 hours before the event started. It's setting up to be a great year.
