Madison Bumgarner 3/3
Charlie Culberson 4/4
Jackson Williams 2/2
Ross Grimsley 4/4

Angel Villalona 0/3 before the game... he did the spinning finger thing and said After the game.... well... 0/3 after the game as he came off the field.... and... 0/3 as he got on the bus hiding/running right behind one of the coaches. This guy is a piece of work. Some of his teammates told me they would love to sign for me haha I didn't have anything for them though... but you can tell his attitude is something that rubs his teammates the wrong way too.

Evarts is distinctive looking - maybe Asian in heritage? - you'd know if you saw him.

Villalona is on his way to being a nothing. That attitude can trip up the best of them - especially if it gets to his teammates.

several things going on with the mississippi roster: Evans is in Orlando, Cuevas is not with the team, Pope is not with the team, and of course Schafer is not with the team... Lundahl got sent down tonight because I think JC Holt is being activated. Carlos Sencion and Ray Serrano are both traveling with the team but are on the DL. Kevin Gunderson added.

two nights worth:

Monday Night: The game doesn't start until after 8:30 and the crowd is there for the most part to see fireworks. I am amazed that so many people are so entertained so much more by fireworks than baseball itself *sigh* Anyyyways the game still has another inning left and they announce to the crowd that by ordinance of the city of Chattanooga, they can't shoot fireworks after 11:30... they announce this at.... 11:30... so a stadium of 4,000 people get up and leave pissed off... the lookouts lose and they don't get to see their precious fireworks. Pretty crappy move by the team to not tell people about the fireworks since thats what so many of them paid to see.

I did postgame... which was at like 12:15-12:30

Ben Oglivie 2/8 "DO YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS!?!?!?! IT'S TWELVE THIRTY!" "I'LL SIGN A COUPLE RIGHT NOW"
Stephen Andrade 2/2
Billy Gardner 1/1
Chris Nowak 1/1 this guy has a stupid looking Nick Johnson wannabe mustache haha
Johnny Raburn 1/1
Ronnie Merrill 2/2
I couldn't pick out Davis in time, McGee was about to get left as coaches and players all scurried to the bus, and Houser was behind them hurrying so once the coaches came out and kicked it into high gear to get to the hotel, it was over.

Travis Wood 6/6 said he only signs for people under 30, on weekdays, and after the game, no dupes, and in blue sharpie only.... i'm kidding. he was really cool.
Jordan Smith 1/1

Pre and Post Game Tuesday - Bigorange and I split a buy one get one free ticket deal wooo $2 game! Bought a set of Vero Beach Devil Rays cards because there are 10 guys at Montgomery.

Sergio Pedroza 1/1
Erold Andrus 1/1 really nice autograph
Ben Oglivie 8/8 MACHINE... He signed over 50 cards total for about 7 people - Preston... your 1981 Kellogg's 3D card looks like crap signed haha
Gabriel Martinez 4/4 (50/50 with Bigorange)
John Jaso 4/4 (50/50 with Bigorange)
Patrick Cottrell 1/1
Jacob McGee 5/5 did everything in sight
Neil Allen 6/6 always has something funny to say. said he couldn't believe Willie Randolph played the race card in New York. Willie came up because Neil was saying how guys like McGee and Davis save his job so he doesn't have to worry about it like some people apparently do.
Wade Davis 4/4
Jino Gonzalez 1/1
Brian Henderson 1/1
Rhyne Hughes 1/1
James Houser 6/8 was once again about to be left. gave some gorgeous every letter autographs. One of the few times I wish I would have used a staedler instead of a sharpie.
Kevin Lynn 1/1 - random guys were walking down the steps and one of the auto collectors(Steve Hisey) just yells out Kevin! and he turned around and several people got him but previously had NO clue what he looked like haha

prettttty sure Morlan isn't with Montgomery. No sign of Kroski with the Lookouts either. Friday night is team set night in Chattanooga.

Memphis had a 12 inning game the other night on fireworks night. There was a rumor circulating that they wouldn't have fireworks, but apparently our noise ban isn't until 1 am or something -we got to see them - they were craptacular.

This random guy technique is a good one to utilize. We did it on a few Japaneese players once - couldn't tell them apart so we just called the name of the one we wanted and he came over - it felt rude, but what are you going to do when they are all the same height?

We were told Kroski left Jackson when he got hurt at West TN. This was the night after it happened. I assumed he went back to Chatty, but maybe he headed home or to Sarasota.

Ours will always be craptacular since the Redbirds can't use real fireworks due to the surrounding buildings. It's amazing that 12,000 people sat through a 12 inning game to see pyrotechnics.

That announcement in Chattanooga sounds like something the West Tenn Diamond Jaxx would do. They waited until the end of a scout camp out game to announce it was "too windy" and the campout was to be postponed.

Great to see that Oglivie is signing--not like Bosio who didn't touch a pen in Jackson last week. I just wish people who don't want to sign would just say so. "In a minute." or "After the game." is very childish if you don't intend to keep your word.

I went last night and got:

Jacob McGee 1/1 SS baseball
James Houser 2/2
Mike Wlodarczyk 1/1 - I picked him out by process of elimination haha

good thing its only like two miles from my apartment haha

I went back home and found a box of cards that Preston gave me to get signed last year...oops... so I have a ton more cards for you now Preston. They're unsigned unfortunately but there was some stuff I can still get for you this year.

Postgame only

Gabriel Martinez 3/5 told him he could have a couple since they were all the same and he took two
Ben Oglivie 1/1 WHAT DO YOU GUYS DO WITH ALL THESE CARDS!? GEEZ! - but he was very nice haha
Brian Henderson 4/4 told his mom on the phone he was signing cards for his devoted fans lol
Jeff Kamrath 1/1 - I finally decided which one he was.
Wade Davis 1/1 card, 1/1 SS baseball

Going back tomorrow for team set night. Offering to buy anyones ticket that wants to give me their team set... no takers yet lol

ALSO: I asked one of the scouting directors when Drew Stubbs would be joining Chattanooga and he said "2 to 3 weeks"

The way the Memphis Mafia's luck goes--he'll be called up the day after Chattanooga plays their last game at West Tenn this year. If that's the case, look for the announcement on the 16th of June.

forgot to post but I also got:

Tonys Gutierrez 1/1 (fishr)

and...

Chris Bosio 8/8 - when he signs he's a machine haha one guy had a starting lineup of him. He asked Bosio to sign and Bosio ignores him and gets to the corner where he signs for another guy and then finally signs the plastic on the starting lineup. The guy asks Bosio if he would please write No Hitter "4-22-93" or whenever it was... and Bosio just looks at him and says "you can do that" haha he seems like such an unhappy guy who just goes through the motions.

Team Set night brought out most of our Chattanooga 'graphers and a few from out of town. Everyone but Bosio signed everything for everyone to my knowledge.

I have TWO extra Lookouts team sets that I don't want to get signed. They are $9 shipped in bubble mailer. Let me know if you're interested.

Here's my haul:
Drew Anderson 1/1
James Avery 1/1
Shaun Cumberland 1/1
Chris Denove 1/1
Jamie Dismuke 1/1
Danny Dorn 1/1
Eric Eymann 1/1
Carlos Fisher 1/1
Mike Goff 1/1
Tonys Gutierrez 1/1
Sean Henry 3/3
Ben Jukich 1/1 pitched an amazing game.
Sam Lecure 1/1
Derrik Lutz 1/1
Robert Manuel 1/1
Jimmy Mattocks 1/1 (Trainer)
Josh Roenicke 1/1
Cody Strait 1/1 I could hear my sharpie crying as he crushed it into the card... then he started to sign BJ Szymanski's card lol luckily BJ went over the part where Cody started
BJ Szymanski 1/1
Craig Tatum 5/5 No personality but he's a machine.
Pedro Viola 1/1
Andrew Walters 1/1 (Strength Coach - not the Raiders QB)
Larry Ward 1/1 (Lookouts Announcer)

and my Biscuits....

Mike Wlodarczyk 1/1 that bigorange gave me with the understanding that if I could point him out, he would let me keep the card lol but if he pointed him out then I had to give the card back lol it's a bowman.

So there are 22 Lookouts still with the team from the set(including 3 Coaches, 2 Trainers, and the Announcer)

Josh Roenicke got called up after the game to join Louisville with:
Mike Griffin
Dan Herrera
Ramon Ramirez
Luis Bolivar
Daryl Thompson

who are all also in the team set

Jose Castro is in the set but at Sarasota... and that's it... so this set should be completable because Steve Hisey from Chattanooga is going to Louisville tomorrow to get the guys(taking about 12 on each guy lol). Hisey joked with Roenicke about who would get there first because Josh is leaving in the morning.

TWO EXTRA SETS $9 EACH SHIPPED in bubble mailer! Let me know!

Huntsville @ Lookouts

Mat Gamel 4/4 (kthud)
Matt Laporta 1/1, 1/1(help) got my personalization off the tristar projections pretty clean.. the bowman has some damage to it but it still looks better than with a personalization haha he signed pregame
Chris Hook 1/1
Carlos Corporan 4/4 (kthud)
Mike Jones 1/1 (did 1/8 cards for a guy... ouch!)
Don Money 1/1 "we sent Ryan Crew home, Michael Garciaparra is here now"
David Yeager 1/1 (trainer)

Sean Watson 1/1
Chris Bosio 5/5 DONE!

not bad for just pregame. Bill Doran was also there in the stands but I didn't have my cards with me.
