2008 Columbus Clippers Open Practice and Meet n' Greet - "Keep Living the Dream"

Well mrmain18 and I left Pittsburgh around 8 for the glorious drive to Columbus, arrived in Columbus for the Clippers open practice, and were prompty greeted by an empty parking lot and stadium. We looked around the stadium, figured we would need our coats, and went back to the car. On the way to the car Michael O'Conor was texting on his sidekick, so we asked him, and he signed.

Now the real fun started. We ventured back into the stadium and all the players were milling around getting their photos taken and talking amongst themselves on the field. Since we didnt have a roster, we had a really great time figuing out who was who. However the highlight of this particular time was hearing Bret Boone tell a story about how he didn't get any respect from the 3rd string catcher on the 1995 Reds team. Also, while Boone was getting his picture taken, Escobar yells out "Keep living the dream Bret."

Once we figured out who people were, it became far too easy:

I believe the 3rd string catcher in question is Damon Berryhill.
