Ken, from my personal experience inside is the best place to get the phillies. I go to alot of games and when I decide to graph, I go on first base line and hope one of the big guys sign for my area of the first base line. Its hit or miss but you have a shot since even the best players usally sign at least 5-10. Outside, from my experience, is horrible. I stayed a few times. One time I got nobody, the next I got Wes Helms, and the 3rd I got Greg Dobbs after a day game. Maybe its just my luck but as far as I know Its horrible outside.
