Do you have to know the city or state that the player lives in to search for their address?

I need these retired minor leaguers for my 02 Heritage set...any address help would be great.

Eric Miller - former Expos prospect

Antwon Rollins - former Rangers prospect

Bill Ortega - former Cardinals prospect. He has a FL address in Smallings book, anyone know if it's good?
